i some what agree with this. but i doubt this will happen. with the money they used to purchase the shell they could have boot strapped and not have to deal with running a public company. if the intention was to build a brand. so the question everyone needs to ask why go through the trouble of running one if they aren't really trying to grow? they can't even provide fake value to sale shares. maybe they need to find another previous successful businessman.
