OT, I agree about Cruz but for now he is the face of the company and must be extricated from GRCU and a real CEO and CFO must be put in place.

As long as Cruz is involved in GRCU, they have zero credibility.

The best thing that could happen is that David sell the shell to a group that want to build a real company and not just dump shares.
