I love the talk about the R/S is to work on the A/S count LOL as you stated just read the S1 the reason this man is giving for the R/S is to up list. And to do so he needs to have the PPS at least a dollar and he himself also stated that there would be a lot of selling so to make sure the PPS has a chance to stay at $1.00 he will need to to have a 1-15,000 split and that's if he has a PPS not under .0001.
