Bro Andy,
I think what you may have done was "register" your shares for sale. I may be wrong, however. When I first registered my restricted shares. . .nothing came up as far as filing to sell shares. When I actually sold some of the shares I had registered, it came up as a shareholder selling restricted shares. So. . .in effect, there may be different situations out there pertaining to the issue. But from my past experience, when a sale takes place. . .the little alerts pop up on the filing of those shares. That's my best understanding.
Hope all is well in Memphis! Lets keep our faith that HRCT will overcome this OTC BB market doldrum
