FPG, how do you copy-n-paste as "easily" as you do on a PC or laptop?

To this day, I still have trouble doing it on my iPad. Especially when I want to copy some text on a web page I'm looking at in Safari. The selection box often never turns out the way I want it to.

There's still no replacement for the traditional keyboard and mouse. Otherwise, the Modern UI in Windows 8 would have been more popular, and Apple would have figured out how to merge MacOS and iOS by now.
