It is interesting to note that Epgl already have asked 1.1B for licensing opthamic product per Epgl last PR. That is equivalent to 0.20 plus already. With other technologies in hand, Epgl seems putting it's value more than 0.30-0.50 range in short term, imho.

I will take $1.
