If the buyout happens near term, I envision a buyout price in the range i mentioned because products aren't yet on the market and the IoT/wearables market is still in it's 1st stages. Long term, if EPGL stays it's course, gets products to market and the market proves to meet the expectations it's been given, then we could see .88-1.00.
