I think he does know, but wants to keep the hype going. I recall you saying the same thing the day that .001 hit. Each MM can only be shown once for the ask, and once on the bid. When say NITE gets bought out at .0028, then next block using NITE shows up. Likely @ .0029, then .003 and so on. If lvl2 actually showed all the bids and offers, you'd need a 10 ft high monitor!
