I read both but thought the July filing had more information. There was no nefarious plot to hide information.
As to contacting the IR, I'm not going to bother. From ones I've spoken with over the years,
A. they know nothing more than what is publicly published
B. if they know more, it's illegal for them to share it.
C. there are plenty of cheerleaders here already who are more than willing to toe the company line.
