Transport BMS? The new N Dakota regulation that requires oil to be transported at a certain temperature. Does anybody know if that means an actual BMS on the actual truck tank going down the road? It seems as though fire and fuel on a truck on the road would be a bad combination, but i cant visualize what controlling the temp of oil during transport means.

Good comment. I'm sure the temperature of oil fluctuates in a tank when transporting it long distance (Canada to Houston). But, I don't think it fluctuates significantly. However, there is technology/devices on tucks and vessels to keep liquid nitrogen gas under a certain temperature during transportation. So its possible for BMS's to be used in a similar way.
