I learned two things from Mr. Smith's most recent article.

1. He still believes there will be a DCVax-Direct presentation at ASCO. (He must be fairly confident at this point, since the time to withdraw accepted abstracts has passed.)

2. He believes there will be additional information shared on Direct at ASCO.

#1 above has been a question in some peoples' minds for some time. I think Pyrr earlier convinced himself there would be no DCVax-Direct presentation at ASCO. So much for certainty.

Regarding #2. I suspect science, ASCO rules and diplomacy will dictate how much information is PR'd at and directly after ASCO. Any phase I patients that moved into the phase II portion, should be currently receiving the selected optimal dose, in one to three tumors per vaccination; and they may also be getting optimally matured DCs every two to three weeks.
