Yet it is the very threat of Government regulations and laws that is necessary to get the private industry moving. Time and again we have seen the private industry procrastinate on the security issues during the past few years, either for better positioning or because the players were afraid of privacy issues...

So, the threat of Government stepping on the shoes of some of these industry players is good news...maybe they will now move a bit faster!
