Someone keeps reloading the bid at .0003.
They are smart with it though, I'm going to call them out and will probably piss them off lol BUT, they keep putting 5-6mm shares on the bid. People keep hitting them b/c it looks like a small amount, a great strategy to get filled from the impatient flippers.
