It is utterly ridiculous to think that SLNN has nothing to do with David Weiner and his associates’ scheme simply because it is not in the weed business. One needs to understand the nature of the scheme to actually appreciate the direct link to SLNN.

The actual products these companies are selling have little to do with the scam. Actually Atheronova has nothing to do with weed and Bloomberg threw it into the same pot of pump and dump scheme in their report on David Weiner. Same goes for GVI and DigitalFX. So Saleen Automotive is certainly not the only company not operating in the pot business to be associated with David Weiner’s pump and dump schemes.

Other Weiner-financed companies that saw their shares soar before languishing include biotech startup AtheroNova Inc. and Internet video company DigitalFX International Inc.

They don’t care about the actual products the companies might or might not be selling. Whether it be weed or cars or anything else. What they are really selling is hype.

That’s what they tried to do. They hyped things with a bunch of PR that never happened: National ad campaign… never happened, proprietary electric car with AC Propulsion… never happened, a new supercar… never happened, the ridiculous rumors of a partnership with Tesla… never happened.

Add to that the suspicious transactions that happened quite often last year that looked a lot like wash trading and you have what looks exactly like a pump and dump.

The fact alone that the same group of investors is intertwined with all these companies is also predominantly present in SLNN should be a big red flag to most investors.
