Fly Fisher...So I took it like the main first sentence/definition in your example. At least I didnt read something fatal into it. Now on another topic, if the CA suits we face were preceded by collusion with short funds & then we were targeted, & if the "businesses" that work this sort of activity make billions.....how do we shareholders as well as the company sue them for recovery of our damages? I believe I should be compensated at least $1 million, after legal fees. I will think this thru, for maybe three seconds at most. I do recall that on the day the suits were filed, the SP sort of took a hit.
