Of course it still applies its a "rule" ...... A rule that VGTL has complied with since it was created in May 2014. You erased the 2014 date on your post as a scare tactic. VGTL last had a bid of .01 around March 26 or so.... This is a low float and the company can get back to .01 in a single day with minimal Ask slapping.... They have a couple weeks to get it back there. Which by all accounts they fully intend to do.

I'm just enjoying loading these cheap shares. Which I'm sure you're doing the same thing too; I just don't feel the need to lie on the board to get them.
