Float is locked tight.... the trader who was setting up the large 1million share block around .0055 on Friday just sold just under 200k trying to spook people into selling (didn't work)and his/her capability of trying to hold the stock down with large blocks is diminishing (unless of course they are selling to themselves at a lower rate which isn't uncommon when attempting to create a sell off)
