You missed it totally. How the federal judge would find the FDA in error for the rescission based on internet / blogs / etc. (as said by biowreck), if the justification / motivation - which exists - isn't available (publicly) w/o request it from the FDA or from Amarin. How the Judge could decide that it was a violations to the authorities w/o the exact, factual knowledge?

If FDA was wrong about the NCE (they were) it does not mean straightforward that they were wrong re. the SPA (they were), but definitely does not mean they were illegal or violations to the authority.

Maybe the Judge will ask Amarin: Could I do anything else for you? ...
