The more i think about the history of deceptive practices by management, the more i think i need to sell my shares and move on. Looking at history they will pump the pps up when they choose to only to watch it drop like a rock after they take the over inflated temporary profits with no long term appreciation, just depreciation.
Iv already voted my shares no to everything, but cant help but think i may have made a mistake. If i wanted to make them get what deserve, i did the right thing. If i want to get out of the stock, then i made the wrong move. if they got all their stock options, there is no doubt in my mind they would pull the pumping pr's game again and i could get out at a higher price when it temporarily goes up.
I believe if they do not get their stock options, they will suppress their pumping press releases until they can figure a way to get the stock options and profit more.
I hate to think this way, but there is definitely an established pattern for over 10 years that cannot be ignored.
Please management, prove me wrong!
