I believe news/PRs can be posted on Facebook and Twitter. Other sites, such as IHUB, are not mentioned in any of the documentation I've seen on this topic. I don't know if their omission from the documentation constitutes a "loophole," of sorts or not. Gotta be a lawyer for this kind of stuff. lol

However, imo, what Mr. McKay has posted here is not news but clarification of the notes.
