Please reply publicly (if so inclined) with the amount of $ you entrusted Simmonds with, AND how many FREE TRADING shares of BLVO or (ACSX) you have actually received (not just promised). This guy is in a heap of trouble, without the basic resources to even bail the boat. Think RCMP, think potential wide scale US wire, mail, and securities fraud, think RBC litigation, think SEC (US), think ???
