Curious after looking into this, Can any1 tell me.

I am debtaing investing in here as the product sounds neat to me with potential.

Im curious what share holders takes are on

The A/S being 5 billion.

The preferred shares? Are they simply controlling %? or what?

And What type of REALISTIC numbers do you all think this can hit, 01? 05?

I only ask because after digging in the SEC files, and forms i could find,

The debt seems a little high, and the amount of convertible debt seems high also i saw a few seperate convertibles on the last filing.

Just curious, i have been in a few of these sub pennys that pan out extremely good, and in some that end up being dilution schemes.

The current News / Rate of news coming in, sounds really positive, its nice finding a CEO that cares about the share holders.
