Upon any attempt to
transfer, assign, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this Option or any
right or privilege conferred hereby, contrary to the provisions hereof, or upon
the levy of any attachment or similar process on the rights and privileges
conferred hereby, this Option
and the rights and privileges conferred hereby shall immediately become null and void.
the all fiasco need to be voided They didn't have the right to sell anything this is pure fraud and they know it, They are not putting any margin call in your account and they won't either ..
if they touch your money the punitives damages will be exponential,
they let this fiasco go along for 3 days...and they won't dare to ask you to cover with new phantom restricted shares !
