It has to reach .01 because its OTCQB and it cannot remain there unless the bid reaches .01 at least once in a 30 day span. The company is staying on the QB market so it will get there. Also the PPS dropping from .0070 to .0048 on less than a million shares traded after getting to that point on 6+ million shares traded isn't a bad sign IMO
