Burden of proof lies with the accuser. It is the majorities opinion that the author of the NY Post online article took entirely too many liberties with the "facts" based on very little investigation.

If I had a blog and wrote an accusatory article wherein I stated that GTE had paid Delta Aero 5 million for services not rendered, inferred that Huff was funneling monies into this company and paid himself millions as an officer, would you not expect me to tell you how I know this?

I am sure you understand that GTE is gaining exposure. This upside website is no different than the NY Post in that it benefits them to "push buttons" because they get publicity and free exposure themselves from increased website hits.

IMO we are lucky that our IR sees fit to convince Dumas and Huff that they even need to waste their time to respond to this trash. These aren't even legitimate news sources PEOPLE!

Some posters are suggesting that the SEC is going to begin an investigation into the failed GTE/Internafta deal due to lawsuits filed by known frivolous litigators who in turn have only online "articles" (if you could call them that)as proof.

This is not something we should be throwing around lightly. That GTE has contacted the SEC is much more likely given that they have already sought mitigation through the AMEX for damage done already.

However, research for yourself the litigation releases concerning the different civil lawsuits brought by the Commission in federal court and form your own opinion....
