I respectfully disagree. In my mind a responsible CEO who feels he is entitled to a higher standard of living does not print more worthless paper. If his "penny stock" company does not have the revenue to pay him he should be sending out resumes and looking for someone who need his talents and is capable of paying for him. I voted against the pay increases and wish I had been given an opportunity to vote on his but he was too smart. Hey... maybe you were right after all...
