Something to think about. Totally speculative, so don't shoot me please.

The higher the PPS rises, the less amount of shares needed to be given to an escrows for shares swap at par.
Thus keeping the O/S manageable.

Wouldn't it be interesting if no escrows for shares swapped until summer at a hopeful PPS of $5 or higher.
