There is no reason to accumulate until they can get useage and then repeat usage with a revenue charge. There will be penalty of time to buy because it take penalty of time to get these end points established and producing revenue. Like I said the market will view any delay in revenues as a negative even if the strategy is sound. So I would not be surpise if there is a stock price drop. I am not the one guessing on anything, since I deal with facts.
