So is someone in Las Vegas holding a large sum of unregistered CMKX stock from before the pump and dump ?

What purpose would that serve? If someone got hold of a number of cert forms early on, the whole idea would have been to use them to sell unregistered stock.

Don't forget that there are a number of entries on the TA's log marked "no record". Presumably those certs were used to sell stock to someone, and presumably some or all of those certs were eventually surrendered.
