What on earth are "silent PRs"?

and for years i have observed that you will not answer forthrightly any real question but instead sidestep, ridicule, try to refocus on petty issues.

"Petty issues"?? You mean like all the lies Urbie told? All the money he took to indulge his hobbies? All the sleazy characters he was involved with? Sorry, bucko, this is the board that did ALL the serious DD on CMKX, until Pedro finally understood, rather late in the game, that the CMKX story was fishy in the extreme and ordered the discovery documents. Now THAT was a real contribution.
