Not only are you getting way too literal but you're also not thinking out of the box. I don't know what the drink is made from...don't care either.

And I do know the difference between cbd and thc, hemp and marijuana. All I'm saying for the last time is that it cannot hurt the drink sales and company to have the can/bottle...whatever- say that it was bottled by the Dr.Pepper bottling dist. which it will say in some way shape or form on the label. All drinks do!

Or people are looking for cheap shares. There was a good amount of buying throughout lunch buys still out number sells...and you have to remember there was a substantial gap up in the morning that was most likely going to fill by EOD...see you tomorrow.
