Also, we see this kind of thing all the time, 19's were obvious resistance today, the only thing to do is to back off and drop the price again, not a retreat just a strategy, useful....then attack later breaking the 19's and holding the gain.

We're still up on a good close...more news and a Q cold come at any time now.
