Ummm,not exactly, The PR states a distribution agreement.

Also quotes Jim Schmidt as saying--->>>Jim Schmidt, General Manager for Elk City Dr Pepper, stated, "The Rocky Mountain High line-up of hemp-infused beverages are an exciting new category of products. We are excited that we will be the ground breakers in the state with hemp-infused beverage products and feel this will be the hottest beverage product introduction that we have seen in a number of years. The Energy Drink is the best one I've ever tasted, and the Iced Tea and Lemonade are also delicious."

Reads to me like they are working together. Also like I've stated already, would be illegal for them to quote Jim Schmidt unless he actually said these things verbatim. This is why you'll see some companies claiming to have a JV or what not with so and so, but little to no info on who they are talking about is presented or accurate, this PR from THCZ seems to be the real deal.
