Pups information is in direct conflict with Transoceans own website information and March 31 update, I quote, "Deepwater Discovery per RIG update March 31, 2006 is under contract until Aug-06 at $165K USD Dayrate with client CVX who has recently reported successful drilling in 1,720 meters of water in Block 1 in the JDZ." This information was taken directly from RIG's update of March 31, 2006 and until somebody can prove it has changed then it must still be the fact in this story. CVX has DWD under contract and you must consider a second well has been drilled per oilphant. 2 + 2 = DWD drilling in Block 1 for CVX continues at least in two places.
