what happens to the shares that Mr. Diego Rissola put up as collateral for the Argentina deal, does he get to vote them or does CBAI vote them while being collateral.

Aug 25, 2014 insiders had 41.21M shares, Yahoo has not posted it but had 113.96M insider shares, maybe increase was Mr. Rissola at 72.75M shares, just wondering what happens to the collateral shares?
