yes, just like YIPI, with a low level of capital availability, IBM wants other entities that it licenses the IBM Watson Explorer product to distribute it...

there is nothing special with allowing just YIPI distributing the product.


they are only using the product with a single use license.

I'm sure IBM wants LOTS of competition selling their product against IBM.
