BB - thanx for your continued take on the NCE suit. I sure hope you're right about the outcome. Only concern on the suit would seem to be how far corruption can run in government (can it infect the courts?).

The whole Amarin story paints a very sad picture of our government. Here we are, awaiting the results of a very important trial (Reduce It) and our biggest concern is not whether Reduce It will be a success. Sadly, it is whether that success will be stifled by an unethical, corrupt federal agency.
