Yep .... to me its pretty apparent that something major is in the cards here. Company PR's have stressed that some major things would be going down in 2015. The company just signed the Coop agreement with Domicile a few weeks ago. The company is seeing revenues. Then they file the 15-12g the day after their fiscal year ends.

Definitely seems like a merger being worked out. IMO
