Pre seizure holders could be shown/verified very easily imho

Again I am not of that camp but am just pointing out that the DTC could verify WHO held shares the date of the seizure and how many and IF KEYWORD IF post were to be eliminated there is in place a system to differentiate the two classes if you will pre or post.

And if it was pre imho you would not have to still hold shares to be compensated ,but what you held at the time...........

NOW if this was to be the case THE HEDGE funds would not have been buying shares DURING THE BK which has been shown to IN FACT BE THE CASE!!!!!!!!!!!

So again I do not see this happening for they would be cutting their own noses off by doing so
