This is what we know

We know even with all the fantastic research and DD on this board, with all the speculation, the hope and the dates that have come and gone we know very little except this...

a) Some people did not believe the attorneys and therefore did not sign releases, they felt they knew better (and may be proved right)

b) Most DID sign releases and are hoping that they have not been fooled and that Sussman and his reputation for getting amazing results is also well proved in this global settlement, fair and reasonable case

c)We know PIERS are seeing $$$ while Escrow are not

d) We know nothing on the surface would indicate that anything worthwhile in $$ is coming back to Escrow or whatever you want to call them today

e) AZ spent over 100K researching this and has been one of the most positive board posters basing his opinion on what's known and what's clearly not known

d) Others believe wholeheartely that the court documents are exactly as they state and there are no hidden assets that exist

What I belive>>>

I believe that 30 plus pages of heavily re-dacted papers hold something of extreme importance that musn't see the light of day.

I believe that a 350 billion dollar company and everything they held and had doesn't just disappear without a trace, I think the numbers are huge and hard to comprehend

I believe by end 2019 we'll know the truth!!
