FACT: TCEL is trading at .0002 because it is a scam. TCEL has lost over 99.999993% of its value in just the last 5 years. That's like buying a brand new $200k house, paying it off, then trading it to someone for a $1 cup of coffee or pack of gum and then throwing it away. TCEL has NOTHING to show for all the money it blew and shareholders it screwed. No patent, not even a license to use a patent. No assets. No property. No employees. No cash. Nothing.

TCEL is a scam. No point in arguing that fact with me because I know first-hand. I know who's running it and I know the promoters personally. Sorry.
