Thanks for sharing this Mando! This abstract definitely helps understand the strong foundation of this work and where it is currently. The following line makes me think they still have some work to do before this becomes an IND, but it will be very interesting when it does:

"We have now commenced the search for a high affinity small molecular inhibitor of NR2F6 activity by screening commercially available libraries that contain compounds with similar chemical structure to retinoic acid using the luciferase-based assay developed here."
