I can't imagine a note being issued to this company when they have no equity and the pps of this stock, which is almost worthless. It would be easier to pay off the national debt with a cupcake sale. They'll probably go private, change their name to something like Feces Energy Group, void out UBRG, and sneak back in the public market again...but jmo
