jacapo, I think you're wrong and here's why...

This company and Ali's other company are in the business to make money by selling convertible notes. Without the shares to trade that income stream...their only income stream is gone. So I don't see it going private.

Here is what is happening. They don't have any money and there is nothing happening right now for them to want to spend the money to report on. That's it. There is nothing more going on here.

Also...Ali does not care if this drops to a no bid. He feels this will one day make him a billionaire. So take it for what its worth but I bet I am right.
