Joe, imo, isn't going to pay the VOIS's components to produce the Synapse.
While it may be possible that some of the funds from last years agreement with Cicero have gone towards components... me thinks majority of it went towards Insider Enrichment... Strongly believe that funds used in developing Synapse have been minimal at best! Still think this device isn't going to do much of anything other than what ahs already been shown. It's an EXPENSIVE Toy. Isn't going to have practical every day use type characteristics.. just don not see that part of this puzzle coming to fruition! GLTU paper123
