IJJP: My Thoughts For the Day - 04/01/2015

My singular post for today has less to do with IJJP, as many I-Hub members (myself inclusive) have covered all of the salient points germane to the investor thus far in this stock:

1. The "un-gagging" of Tranfer Onlin, Inc, IJJP's transfer agent, thus allowing it the ablility to provide updates to shareholders regarding IJJP's share structure.

2. The company's entrance into various strategic partnerships that will allow it access to agricultural land and the requisite labor to rapidly expand and profit from the cultivation of medical marijuana:
-- a. The alliance with Agra Medical Global Holdings (AMGH) will allow IJJP access to 400 acres for hemp cultivation and a 2,000 square feet greenhouse cultivation facility with equipment and materials for processing medical marijuana on reservation property belonging to Native Americans.
-- b. Contracts negotiated with the World of Marijuana Productions Ltd. and with Michigan Plant Technologies LLC. will allow IJJP the right to receive $2.1 million dollars in annual revenues from medical marijuana farming operations.

3. The partnership with American Seed & Oil Company to build a residential treatment facility in Vermont for U.S. veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

4. The reduction in the amount of IJJP authorized common stock by 500,000,000 shares.

5. The redemption of 395,838,451 shares from the float to be retired to the treasury.

6. Timely release of First Quarter 2015 Reports:
-- a. Corporate Disclosure Statement
-- b. Financial Statement for the period ending January 31, 2015.

7. Hiring of an independent third agency firm, Buyins.net to conduct an audit of the short sale activity occurring in IJJP back to August 2009.

What I wish to spend a brief moment of time discussing is RESOLVE and it relevance to our investment in IJJP. RESOLVE, as defined by Merriam-Webster, as a verb is to decide firmly on a course of action; as a noun it means a firm determination to do something.

Together, as loyal investors of IJJP, we have witnessed the stock's meteoric climb from the mid triple zeros to attaining a price value of nearly three quarters of a penny to the current boomerang effect of falling back to nearly triple zero territory with the low for today's trading at 0.0010.

The IJJP story is not yet complete; it remains a work in progress. While addressing internal administrative issues related to reconciliation of the company's books with regard to the retirement of the 395 million shares so as to allow the transfer agent the ability to release to the public share structure numbers that are complete and accurate, the company continues simultaneously to work on its core business.

Like the audit of the shares, negotiations of business contracts and the building of alliances to better position IJJP (and by extension its shareholders) the strategic ability to rapidly expand into the marijuana cultivation ad distribution business, these transactions are complex and take time to bring to fruition. While as an investor in IJJP I would like a substantive press release every day to serve as a catalyst to spur buying interest in the stock, such is not the practical reality. Therefore, one has to put their emotions on the shelf, manage their expectations re-calibrating them to a more realistic performance level and let then give the company a reasonable period of time to accomplish their objective to continue to grow the business.

In the interim, while I do not like the declining value of IJJP's share price, one has to acknowledge the company's fundamentals have markedly improved predicated on the aforementioned recent accomplishments attained and believe in the company's business model. As I have said in the past, focusing on the daily gyrations of the stocks trading, each uptick and down tick in the price, will only serve to frustrate the individual investor.

I believe we have the worst of the selling behind us as the company proceeds to accomplish it business plan. We have several positive indicators to be cognizant of going into tomorrow's trading, the final trading day in this truncated week before the extended Easter Holiday Weekend that will have the markets idle on Friday.

1. The price of IJJP price closed at the critical 200-Day Moving Average (0.0013) keeping the chart intact.

2. IJJP stock showed incredible resiliency rebounding 30% from the low of the day (0.0010) perilously close to the triple-zero territory, as a flurry of buyers appropriately secured shares at deeply discounted prices.

3. Accumulation, after taking a sharp downturn with the recent retracing of the stock price has once again started to proceed upward, indicating investors are once again entering the market for IJJP shares.

4. With the issue of the transfer agency behind us, there can be no accusations of a lack of transparency on the part of the company.

5. The medical marijuana industry remains an explosive industry with rapid expansion anticipated by most financial analysts; with legalization in 23 states and the District of Colombia, and referendums for legalization on the ballots in and additional 10 states for this November's voting cycle, the tide of public and political opinion on this issue has turned decidedly in favor of this industry. Even moderate Republicans in the U.S. Senate are co-sponsoring legislation for federal legalization of marijuana for medical purposes.

6. IJJP, by finalization of the aforementioned contractual agreements and through current partnerships currently in the negotiation phase, has positioned itself as a major player in the cultivation of marijuana for distribution to medical clinics and treatment centers. Due to decreased regulations at the state and local levels, the supply side business is the much less problematic (and therefore more profitable) spectrum of the medical marijuana industry as compared to the retail end of the business.

7. Volume interest at 118.1 million shares, continuing to remain well above the 10-day and 90-day volume averages (at 74.3 million and 40.3 million shares respectively), thus demonstrating persistent interest by the investment community in IJJP. Moreover, the current RSI level at 33.9 adds technical support to the trader's intuition that the stock is oversold at these price level.

All indicators point to IJJP advancing in the coming weeks. As new and material events unfold supporting the proactive work accomplished by the IJJP management team IJJP stock will be a valued and highly sought after equity by investors. IJJP management is showing great RESOLVE in its commitment to build its core business while concurrently addressing internal corporate administrative matters of concern to investors. As investors who want to profit along with this company, we need to demonstrate the same RESOLVE.
