Personal opinion here, but I think they might be trying to get delisted by choice in order to go private.
I was right about the other two things, which is cease filing and go to OTC no info. Delisting and private seems to be the trend that's heading towards a brick wall for shareholders. Or seems to me to be the direction all this is heading.
Public was a useful float mechanism to help them get started. imo
So now that they bled everyone dry...Adios
I'll be surprised if I'm wrong... but hope so
