My guess would be the at some point RGBP is sold off for 1 specific IP. Koo's will move the other IP's that aren't sold into a new spin off. Wash rinse repeat.BSMN will remain the parent of any additional spin offs.
I believe in one of the old PR's forming other companies is mentioned, I just cant find it right now.

I'll be happy if he just pull it off once.
