You can go through the process. However, I'm not sure how far you will get. I got to the second page then stopped.

However, I asked my self this...if its a scam... then why was the TA changed and who made the change? I'm not taking about the numbers on the OTC... I'm talking about the transfer companies are no longer than same company. The campany was changed from Interwest Transfer to Pacific Stock Transfer Agent. Again, I'm not talking about on the OTC site.... I emailed Pacific and they told me they were the TA. However the TA use to be Interwest.... so who changed and why?
