Actually anyone can change it as I just tried. If someone at OTC Markets is not paying attention and verifying information and just updating it or is on it then its pretty simple. They are supposed to call and verify the account holder before updating it which we know that is not the case.

Try for yourself. Just click on update company profile and you can put all the info you want to submit.
